What happens if my session is cancelled?

Please be aware that we may cancel your session at extremely short notice if the water quality is deemed unsuitable for park operation, or due to extreme weather. In the event your session is cancelled, our customer service team will contact you with as much notice as possible. In the first instance, this will be via email or text.

We will process a refund of your booking instantly, allowing you to re-book at another convenient time. Please be aware your refund may take 5-10 working days to show on your bank statement. You will immediately receive an email to show that this is in progress. 

As you may know, Cardiff Bay is fed by the River Taff and Ely, which means that water quality can change with relatively short notice through no fault of our own. We take all direction on water quality from the Harbour Master and Cardiff City Council.
